			<description>&#60;p&#62;I would like to build a 3 column form. The first column is a description using HTML block and the next two are small date and time fields. When I set it up, I would like the first column HTML text block to line up vertically with the center of the input fields. Is there any way to do this? Now, it seems to be roughly slightly higher than the top descriptions of the form boxes.&#60;/p&#62;
