We would still have a title for that, a textbox for the user to enter their age and to the right of the textbox a label that said "years" and we could still have a much larger description below as well. Its not about moving the items around its about adding an extra label to the right of the field. E.g. We may want to allow the user to pick a username for an email address in a textbox and have text to the right of the textbox with the showing the email domain i.e. "@domain.com". This is just giving a better view to the user as to what they need to enter without a big explanation. I understand that we have a description etc but they default to the top and bottom of the field. </p>
