No problem, check out this page for different options for placing the form. It varies depending on how you are placing it:

Cool, thanks.

Last Question! I now it's prob in here somewhere, but can't find it. How do I lose the Form Title from appearing when I insert the form in my page?

Thanks again.

The path to the file should be available. It actually goes to something like this:

http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/...

This post should help if you want to change that location:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/changing-location-of-the-file-upload-and-save-files-in-the-folder

Great, figured that out.

Lastly, hopefully - I get the attachment in the email which is sent to me, but it appears that nothing is put in the Media Library. It's documents which are being uploaded. Not sure if that means they won't go to the library?

Thanks.

You certainly can. There are merge tags in the notification section you can pull from to help create that e-mail for you.

Great plugin!

Just wondering, if its possible to use one of the field information boxes they fill out in the automated reply email to them.

So, if their Name is Steve Bruce and the title of their upload is Blah, I can have the email that gets sent to them after submission, read something like:

Hi Steve Bruce, thanks for uploading Blah, etc etc.

Cheers.

it would be files like: PDF, DOC, RTF, FDR, and other document files.

So, just before I purchase - I can have a simple form with Name, Email Address and then File Upload box. Once they fill in the details and press Send, I get notified via email of their upload, it goes into my Media, they get a confirmation email and can then be forwarded onto a URL of my choosing?

Is that right?

Thanks.

No problem.

1 - See this bit of documentation: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/File_Upload You can limit the types of files you want them to upload, I haven't tested every file type known to man though - what types of files will be used?

2 - The uploads get stored into the same area as your Media Library. When the submission comes in, it contains a link to the file.

3 - Yes, user notifications can be setup per form. They just require you have an email field on the form so it knows where to be sent.

4 - Yes, in the form settings you can have a redirect. http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Form_Settings
