I see this on your page:

[gravityform id="1" name="River Shark Ticket Orders"]

If you added that code to a post or a page (just simply embedded the form using the toolbar icon) that means the theme is not processing shortcodes. That applies not only to Gravity Forms shortcodes but other shortcodes as well. You need to contact your theme provider to find the solution.

You can verify this is a theme problem by activating the Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven theme and see if the form renders properly. If it does, you need to contact your theme provider.

Hi There,

I just bought Gravity last night. Creating the form is simple but when I view the page none of the names of the fields show up. I am now seeing on this board that there is an issue with themeforest. Didn't know that before I bought Gravity.

Can you help if not I would like a refund
