I'm not sure how it happened but the "username" field got set to admin only. Therefore it was causing the error message so it wasn't showing up on the form. You can close the ticket. I did change it so that it auto generates a PW for a new users. I did install the beta plugin awhile back but uninstalled it because it wasn't doing what I needed. I use the 3 Party Directory Plugin which the developer updated a few weeks ago. But when I did the testing for conflicts I had that plugin deactivated. </p>
