Went and added notifications for both admin and user, saved the form.</p> <p>Now when I click Update Form I get the same error.</p> <p>Duplicating the form ends up with the same error. Also tried exporting and form and reimporting to duplicate it. Same issue.</p> <p>Just replicated it. Seems to be a problem with the user notifications and using html and/or merge tags in the message.
