Just curious, on your description you had, what if you used single quotes instead of double quotes on the link HTML.

Just installed latest version of Gravity (1.7.4) and I get this error "There was an issue creating your form" with just an exclamation mark next to the title box. I've tried different titles (without any unusual symbols) but nothing works. I've deployed countless of gravity forms so far, but this is the first time using the new UI (since v.1.7 I believe). This is the first time I run into this problem.

Screenshot

Any advice on how to proceed is greatly appreciated.

:edit:

This time I managed to get further by leaving the description box empty. I guess this post has now turned into a bug report..?
