Now he wants to buy a subscription, but he gets the following error message:</p> <p>"This email is already registered"</p> <p>The form does not allow him to continue and order.</p> <p>I use Gravityforms + the Paypal add-on and the user registration add-on. On the product form, after a Paypal payment has been received, the user registration add-on adds the user to the database and sets the user role to "product x buyer". The form + the user registration add-on for the subscription adds the user and sets the role to "premium member". But apparently, it is not allowed for existing users to order and be registered again. </p> <p>How can I solve this? </p>
