&#60;p&#62;It seems to work, but I ran into a bug where the 1st variable does not give me an option when I select it, so I will just leave it with that one enabled.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can do this with conditional logic.  Depending on the number of tickets selected, you reveal that number of meal type checkbox groups.  Have you already tried that and run into a limitation?  Do you have an working form online yet?

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I am building a ticket order form. With each ticket there needs to be an option to select from a multiple choice field, is it possible to add a multiple choice field for each ticket ordered? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Say customer 1 chooses 3 tickets, then 3 of the multiple choice fields will appear, example: Choose Meal Type for Ticket 1, TIcket 2, Ticket 3.
