I'd have to take a look at your form to see what's going on with the Total field. Also, do you have your Authorize.net settings placed, as well as a Feed configured?

Could you email me a WP Admin login to rob@rocketgenius.com and reference this post.

I have a similar problem to thread http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/total-does-not-update#post-55692

I am new to Gravity Forms and the Authorize.net add-on, both of which we'll be using a lot. I have a few different issues I need to understand. See URL: https://caspca.org/wordpress/give/donate-now/

1. There is a "Total" field on this form which does not even display. It DID display, before I added conditional logic to it (I have screen shots but it doesn't look like I can attach them in this post). I need this field to work properly.

2. I have no idea how to set the proper relationship between Gravity Forms and the Authorize.net add-on. We have all of this set up (a working portal with Auth.net). I don't understand the Auth.net relationship with GF, except for setting the required fields it gives me. What's more confusing is GF - WITHOUT Authorize.net, allows you to put payment (credit card) fields in the form. If used without Auth.net or PayPal, where does the payment go? Please help, and please CC response to jdove523@comcast.net (Lisa Lane set up this account; we are co-admins for this site).

Thank you,

John Dove
