The incorrect field type was just my initial guess because that is a common issue. However, your issue is simply a Javascript error.

See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/ivGRv.png

You have a Javascript error present on that page, unrelated to Gravity Forms, which prevents Gravity Forms pricing to be calculated because as soon as the error occurs the browser quits executing any other Javascript on that page.

The Javascript error is related to Sharebar. You need to resolve that Javascript error and the pricing calculation should start working.

There is currently no coupon code functionality. It's planned for a future release. The work around is to create it yourself as a customization. Anything is possible with custom code and the use of the large library of API hooks/filters that exist in Gravity Forms.

Thanks. That may be the case. BUT - it does work in preview mode which is what is kinda confusing me. Does that make sense that it would work in preview?

Also - no coupon code functionality or work around that you know of yet, right? Thanks again.

You mentioned you are using the Option Field. Do you have a Product Field anywhere on your form?

Options don't exist without a Product. Options are Options of a Product. An Option impacts the price of a Product. So if you don't have a Product Field on your form, the Option Field has nothing to impact and it won't update the Total properly. It updates the price of the Product which then updates the Total.

I'm guessing you have only implemented an Option Field rather than using a Product Field.

Think of the Product Field as the Product you are selling. Say a T-Shirt. Options would be size, color, etc. Size and color don't exist without the T-Shirt itself.

I have a form that has the option for folks to pick between 3 pricing options (using pricing "option" field) and it has a total at the bottom that shows the price when each is chosen. This works fine in preview mode but is not working on the live site. Can you please advise as to why that may be the case? You can view the form at reelseo.com/test/ Password is 321. Thanks in advance for the help.

Also, BTW - you dont yet have coupon code integration or workaround, correct? Any ETA on that? Thanks again
