My guess is that you would have to add some Google Analytics tracking code at various parts of a multi-page form to see how far a visitor gets. No one that I know of has posted anything similar that I am aware of. Please see if this topic helps:

Hi all,

I've searched through the forums but haven't found much on tracking errors in form submission attempts.

I think it's great we're tracking the number of form submissions, but what's more important to me is knowing of any unsuccessful submission attempts. Tracking failed submissions could help uncover potential form fields that the user may be struggling with or form design issues etc..

I guess this is tied closely with the 'required field' validation part for the moment.

What I would like to do is track unsuccessful form submissions either within WordPress/Gravity Forms or with Google Analytics, and if possible also know what part of the form caused the issue.

Any knowledge if this is possible or has anything like this been achieved before?

Cheers
