We need to be able to query the database based on the username and a particular exercise and date to produce charts of their performance.</p> <p>I thought Gravity Forms would be good because it was the only Wordpress form plugin I could find that submitted to a database. I realise now that due to the way Gravity Forms creates rows in the database (one row per field), it may not be suitable. But if somebody thinks it is, I'd be keen to work with you to set this up as a customization to Gravity Forms.
