The problem is, the old site is using a support key license that we need to transfer to the new site. We can't determine if the key belongs to our tech-illiterate client, or the previous developer who may have had a multi-site license.</p> <p>Any advice or direction on how to determine the owner of the license so we can transfer or purchase a new one would be appreciated.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
