Sometimes you have to pull the item up from the bottom on one side, then drop it, then drag it over to the other side (horizontally.)</p> <p>If that does not work for you, it is normally a JavaScript or jQuery error that prevents this functionality. I have used different browsers (IE, FIrefox, Chrome) but cannot drag and drop any entries from either column. I am using the current version of Gravity forms. </p>
