Those edit/delete links only appear in the form editor. What does your function call look like to display your form? It looks like how you are calling the form in is incorrect. It shouldn't be outputting that at all. But it's weird it wont let me click on fields to type in them and it has edit and delete links along side the fields.</p> <p>Any help would be greatly appreciated. </p>
