If it hasn't, then it isn't able to create the folder. If it has, then look in that folder and any subfolders to see if it created a CSV text file. </p> <p>If it created the file then it's a problem actually downloading the file, not the creation of the file itself. I have tried using a different browsers and also check these items:</p> <p>- Is your web server running the Plesk control panel?<br /> - Are your file permissions set correctly? Try CHMOD 777 and then CHMOD 755 on your wp-content/uploads folder and all subfolders.<br /> - Is your web host running PHP SAFE MODE ON? If so, turn it off. It causes problems with PHP scripts being able to write files and folders</p> <p>Still can't seem to get it to work properly. What would be my next step to try?</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
