I'd like to be able to have them enter their name, email, etc. info only once (page 1 of form), then enter their equipment details (page 2). Ask if they have more equipment, if yes, continue with form on page 2. In other words, don't require their name, etc. each time. But, each record in export must name name, email, etc., single equpiment info fields.<br /> Can this be done? </p>
