The need to restrict access to leads is a great example of the usefulness of this functionality, and I imagine that it will be built in at some point.</p> <p>Since the client needs to keep costs to a minimum, I think I'll suggest that we hold off on this until it can be done right with either an upgrade or addon when available. The data would still be written, but it could be quickly removed as soon as it's written. They can still see the dashboard widget (I believe) but that just shows form name, unread entries and date of last entry. Would that work?</p> <p>If you use the Members plugin, right after you install it I believe you will lose access to your Forms menu (i.e. it disappears.) You need to configure the plugin to allow access to gforms. I'm working on a church site and they'd like a form that is confidential to the priest only, by way of email. I can use the same to and from email address, but can't keep administrators from viewing this form's entries.</p> <p>I saw a thread from 3 months ago that this was not possible at that time, but wanted to see if anything has changed since then.
