By default Gravity Forms does not attach any referrer info to the admin notification. More than likely you have a plugin installed that is adding this functionality. </p> <p>Try deactivating all plugins besides GF and see if the issue still exisits. If not, you can activate each plugin and test the notifications until you find the plugin that is adding the referrer info.
