Add a text field which is visible to admin only and is used depending on your condition. The default text is obviously your conditional notification text. Since it is visible to admin only, it will not show to non-admins when filling in the form. The only way to do this would be as a customization using available hooks and custom PHP. </p> <p>We do plan on enhancing the email notifications in the future to support conditional logic to determine which notification is sent.
