			<description>&#60;p&#62;A note for the easily confused like me:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To include fields from the form into your post body content, you need to save the form with the form fields you intend to post. Then the fields will show up in the list of available fields under the Create Post content template option.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So if you think your fields are not showing up, make sure you have saved the form with the new fields added.
