@vbush Good to hear. It was probably just a fluke web server issue.

However, oddly, I was able to perform the export this time from FF and IE but I didn't do anything different. Thanks!

Is this happening in all browsers or only FireFox? Also, what operating system? It could be file permission related, make sure the Gravity Forms plugin folder and all of it's files are set to CHMOD 755 and then try it again.

@vbush What version of Gravity Forms are you running? First you need to update to the latest version (v1.5.2.8) and then test. Older versions of Gravity Forms had a different export routine, so to make sure we are on the same page I need you to first update to the latest version and then see if the issue still occurs.

I am having the same problem. I have been able to export form entries in the past. Using FF I receive the following message:

Firefox can't find the file at http://www.hotspotsafterschoolprogram.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export.

I noticed there was a conflict discovered between Gravity Forms and a "redirection plugin". That got to me wondering if the "www" which is, or isn't. part of our "complete and true" website address might have something to do with this problem? I never understood it, but at some point our URL "lost" the "www" and I had to go to some trouble to re-introduce it.

UPDATE for anyone reading along here: Carl and the RocketGenius folks WERE able to log into my WP Dashboard and successfully export/download the form entries from my database. (???!!) -- The trouble APPEARS to be something resident in my browser and/or operating system.

Hey Jim,

The download link acts as a redirect to where the file actually is. So that is why the download link isn't a direct link to where the file is on the server.

Hit me up via the Contact Us form with a WordPress login for this site and we can take a look and see what is going on.

Thanks!
