Also, what operating system? First you need to update to the latest version (v1.5.2.8) and then test. That got to me wondering if the "www" which is, or isn't. part of our "complete and true" website address might have something to do with this problem? I never understood it, but at some point our URL "lost" the "www" and I had to go to some trouble to re-introduce it.</p> <p><strong>UPDATE for anyone reading along here:</strong> Carl and the RocketGenius folks WERE able to log into my WP Dashboard and successfully export/download the form entries from my database.
