You will have to manually install and updates that are released as automatic upgrade won't work properly if the key cannot be authenticated. We do not have authority to change the settings so I will have to continue without registration. How should I handle this if I ever need support? You may want to try entering it again and then save settings. There could have been a problem communicating with our license server.</p> <p>It's also possible if you have a firewall on your network that your firewall could be preventing your site from communicating with our license server, in which case it would not be able to validate the key. Not needed as this is an internal portal site. </p> <p>Any ideas? </p>
