I needed the same information in this new form so I compared to the info of the old form... In the first block of the form, Conditional logic had been checked (automatically? Also got to that point while troubleshooting getting the same "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team" message. The message says: "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team".</p> <p>I've read all topics about the issues around inability to save new forms and tried all solutions, from checking PHP memory to reinstall the plugin in a fresh installation. And I already have the 1.6.3.2.1 plugin version.</p> <p>However, my WP showed some warning messages after installing the plugin (although it finished the installation successfully and activated the plugin). 11 messages in total, to be precise. All of them started with "Wordpress database error:", and 8 of them also had " [Unknown character set: 'iso']". It doesn't seem an issue of permission, but here it is anyway.</p> <p>Any ideas?</p> <p>Thanks, </p>
