Chris,
I have repasted the code in it's original form: http://pastebin.com/43sF7R80
So I did not work on your 'weird things' yet.

I can check out the form at: http://www.interventies.info/quickscan1/#.UMYA_qWuG2A

That is a very complex notification you have there. Good job using pastebin. Good job on the HTML as well: it all looks valid. It did see a couple weird things but I am unsure if they are related. They are probably unnecessary.

Line 50 [/gravityforms]

Line 564
[/gravityforms]

Line 573
[/gravityforms]

Line 582
[/gravityforms]

Line 612 [/gravityforms]

Can you share a link to the form so we can see how the conditional logic works online and we can compare it to the conditions you have established in the notification area? Thank you.

Chris,

Thanks for your quick response.

I have never used pastebin.com or so. Is this what you need: http://pastebin.com/Hds3KBQs ?

Do you mean you are using a conditional shortcode in the notification area? Can you show us how you have configured that? To share the notification with us, please post the text at pastebin.com or pastie.org so the formatting is preserved and we can see what you're trying to do. Thank you.

I use conditional logic in my form. Item 2 must only be shown if option A is chosen in item 1. This works perfect in the form itself.

But I use conditional logic in email-notifications as well. That functions well for item 1, but I get conditional content of item 2 in my emails even if item 2 is not answered because I have chosen option B in item 1.

What to do?

Best regards,
