There is currently no way to unbundle that functionality and allow the advanced add-ons with a single site license.

Gravity Forms does not have robust e-commerce functionality, or event management. It does not sound like Gravity Forms is the right solution for this project.

Side note: before I became a moderator here, I was a Gravity Forms user (since Oct 2009). I had a need for Gravity Forms on just one site but needed one of the add-ons, so I purchased the developer license. It was the best investment I ever made in a piece of software, and now I use Gravity Forms on every single site I build, whether I need something complex that is going to be extended with hooks or filters, or even a simple contact form. It's a no brainer for me.

I know there are alternatives out there, but there are no WordPress form plugins I know of that are as robust as Gravity Forms, with as much potential to be extended, under as much active development and with such an attractive support staff. In addition to the support burden, the cost of the license ensures that Rocketgenius will be able to continue development of awesome new features and add-ons, and with a developer license, you have access to all of that.

Just my $.02 as a Gravity Forms user, not a company spokesman. The words here are my own.

I'm considering purchasing licenses for Events Manager ($75), Shopp ($80 with PayPal addon), and Gravity Forms. Relatively speaking, $199 is a steep price to pay for using Gravity Forms on a single site and only the user registration and PayPal addons.

Carl Hancock's reasoning for making advanced addons available only to Developer licensees was to limit the burden on customer support. However, I'm a developer, so I'm unlikely to add to that burden. I just need a third-party solution for paid user registration to help keep my project's schedule.

Is there any way that I can purchase a single-site license with only the user registration and PayPal addons? If not, does Gravity Forms have the necessary functionality to double as my solution for event management and e-commerce?
