			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yeah, I've read similar posts recently and personally prefer the unified method. I think the simple, top label option with fewer fields is easier for the eye to track, easier to fill out and will probably convert better than forms with complex layouts.  That's part of the reason we default new forms to the top label option.
