It's possible this is browser or browser toolbar default functionality filling in previously used form data.</p> <p>I've seen that yellow background in fields before when using the web developer toolbar I believe. In the settings for the form, this field has been set to appear normally. I've also tried switching its compulsory status on and off, but still no joy.
