It sounds like the database is out of synch due to caching causing problems. Caching plugins like WP Supercache are fine for simple blog sites, but tools like W3 Total Cache are much better suited to handling sites with more features, functionality and user interaction.

Okay, I can do that. Removing super cache is a bit of a tricky thing to do, but I can work on that. However, what about the unread entries? Are there unread entries there or is the database just out of sync?

Depending on your WP Supercache settings this could cause a problem with form submissions. We recommend a more configurable caching solution like W3 Total Cache.

W3 Total Cache allows you to cache while still allowing Gravity Forms to read/write to the database as necessary because it is designed to work with Gravity Forms. It allows you to specify database tables that are ignored from a caching perspective to insure caching does not interfere with them.

I have a form that shows five entries with four unread. The form list, however, shows only one entry. Selecting view all entries still just shows the one entry.

After going through a number of forum threads on this subject I noticed several references where W3 Total Cache was causing some problems.

I'm using WP super cache. I have two forms on my site. A request a quote form and a contact form. The contact form doesn't have a discrepancy.

So I need to know if there really are four unread forms, and, if there are, how do I fix the problem?

a href="http://www.ClickHereOnlineMarketing.com" target="_blank">ClickHereOnlineMarketing.com</a>

I haven't received any email notifications indicating that I have unread forms.
