You would edit your form and then edit either the Post Title or the Post Body field. Both of them allow you to configure the Post Status. If you change it for one it changes it in both places.

Hi There,
How do I change the post status for a form? I want to change it to draft right now it publishes by default.

Yes, you can use Gravity Forms to create a form that allows anyone to submit a post to your site. The Post Status is configurable by you, so if you want it to appear as a Draft and require admin approval before publishing, then you can do so.

Good day guys.
I have been hearing good things about your product.

I am looking to have a fourm page that an un-registered user can make a post to DRAFT awaiting my review.

Is this possible with your product and what steps would i have to take?

thank you
