Okay. Thanks for your help. The HTML is the same. I wasn't sure what you meant, but I see now.

Oh, well.

Thanks for the recommendation of Coraline.

Lindsey - I am actually one of the old developers/maintainers of Cutline (http://cutline.tubetorial.com/new-support-organizer-david-peralty/). I hate to say it... but it is time to move on from that theme as it isn't actively developed for newer versions of WordPress.

The theme you want to replace it is Coraline, developed and maintained by Automattic, the company that makes WordPress.

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/coraline

The last version of Cutline was released over three years ago. You will lose your settings on transitioning, but you need to do it if you want to continue to use plugins and update WordPress for features and security reasons.

Back to what I said though... there are usually two tabs when editing a page or post, Visual and HTML. Can you look in HTML mode to make sure there aren't weird things happening in the page? It should look exactly like the code you pasted above in HTML mode.

I don't remember if Cutline retains settings if you change themes and change things back. It has been many years since I worked on it, and it isn't very "smart" compared to newer themes.

When you say "Can you go into HTML view in your page and double check that the embed code still looks correct?" can you tell me exactly what to look for? I mean, what does the correct embed code look like? I am not sure what to look for.

In the troubleshooting link you sent, I am worried because it is asking me to change themes. I am not super-familiar with Wordpress, and I fear that if I change themes, I will lose the things that I have customized on my current theme. I'm using Cutline 1.4, if that helps. If you don't think I will lose anything I have customized, please let me know and I can give it a try. I just don't want to risk completely screwing up the site.

Also, I've tested it in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE on a few different computers, and I have the same problem. The link to the page where the form should be is here: http://aimdlibrary.com/?page_id=1025

Thanks for your help and for your quick replies!

Please try a new browser to ensure that all the scripts are refreshed and not cached. There were some jQuery changes and it's possible you are loading incompatible versions.

Please post a link to your site as well.

Did you update a theme or plugin as well? It looks like you have an issue where something is stripping out shortcodes. Can you go into HTML view in your page and double check that the embed code still looks correct? If so, can you follow these troubleshooting steps to identify the problem?

Hello. When I logged into my Wordpress dashboard, it said there was an upgrade to Gravity forms, so I opted to have it update automatically. After that, I clicked on the "import/export" link (which I use every day), and it suddenly did not work. It said that I needed to upgrade my version of WordPress.

I updated WordPress to the current version (3.4.1), and then I was able to use the "import/export" link. But, the form is no longer displaying on my web site!

I opened the page in the WordPress dashboard, and it shows this, (where "my form name" is the actual name of the form):

[gravityform id="1" name="MY FORM NAME"]

I double-checked, and the form I want does indeed have the id of 1, and it is listed as active. Nothing seemed to change in the dashboard section. It's just the public view of the form that changed. It's not there!

Please help!
