It would depend on how you can interact with Infusionsoft. Gravity Forms has plenty of hooks you can use to manipulate data after a form is submitted, including posting it to another location. Something like this should work, however any integrations like this are going to be more advanced and require you to know PHP and WordPress hook/filter usage.
