I did this whilst keeping the conditional logic in place on my form, but form didn't appear.</p> <p>* I reactivated my theme and plugins, and removed all conditional logic on my form which resulted in the form appearing! </p> <p>I think it must be a conditional logic issue for me. I'm trying conditional logic with them.</p> <p>I've use the Meta tool on my form, removed and re-imported the form and replace it on the page, to no avail. </p> <p>Having removed v1.6.4.5.4 and re-installing v1.5.3 the form re-appears. </p>
