If you've entered it on the Settings page of Gravity Forms it should now be reflected on the Add-On manager page. You may need to refresh the page. I don't see a PayPal transaction with that ID and you can't upgrade from the Plugins page. You can only upgrade from the Settings page or the My Account page and only if a license key is present. If your key wasn't entered, i'm not 100% sure what you did.
