			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes.  The developer license allows use on unlimited sites.  That sounds like the way to go for you.  However, your clients will not be able to use your license key for support, so you will likely want to have them purchase a license for their site once you turn it over to them, or plan on doing support for them on an ongoing basis, since they will not have access to the resources here.
