Upgrades and renewals are two separate processes. One does not effect the other, otherwise, upgrading from business to the developer license would always be the better course of action when your license was close to running out versus renewing.

Hello,

We have just paid a renewal for our business plan. However, we wonder if we, when the plugin was expired, have clicked on upgrade rather than update, would it be $100 for the developer license?

We basically feel that we would be better off with upgrade rather than paying for the renewal then pay again $100 for upgrade. Please confirm
Thanks!
Mohammed
