Hi Sherice,

Deleting the Gravity Forms folder via FTP is safe as it doesn't delete your forms or entries from the database. However if you have entered your license key in the settings page and an update is available you should be able to update automatically via the wordpress updates page. The plugin is the same regardless of which license you own, the only difference is the add-ons that are available for install.

Regards,
Richard

Hi! I've just recently upgraded my Gravity Forms, but in doing so, I went ahead and moved up from Business to Developer package to get the add ons. When I try to install the plugin in my Wordpress dashboard (I already have the 'old' gravityforms there), it says the destination directory already exists and the install failed. I don't really want to delete that folder because I'm afraid that would delete all my forms.

So how do I upgrade if I've also updated the package I purchased?
Thanks!
Sherice
