It had a full path to the upload folder when a relative path is expected. One thing you can do is take a look at the WP Settings -&gt; Miscellaneous page and make sure your upload folder is set to "wp-content/uploads". So if Gravity Forms can't create a file or the upload folder and you have permissions set properly it's probably a PHP Safe Mode issue. </p>
