			<description>&#60;p&#62;If it doesn't exist on your server via FTP then that means it's not uploading.  Chances are it's a file permission issue.  You need to make sure wp-content/upload/gravity_forms exists and has CHMOD 777 or CHMOD 755 and then test the upload.  Thats where it uploads the file upload files.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also check your Media upload settings under Media in the main WordPress Settings and make sure they haven't been customized.  See this screenshot: &#60;a href=&#34;http://i.imgur.com/PGiC9.png&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://i.imgur.com/PGiC9.png&#60;/a&#62; It's the bottom 2 settings on that page.  Make sure you don't have custom options here which would change where uploads are going.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hey all,&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For some reason, I constructed a form with an upload mechanism. I tested it out. The image appears to be uploaded, however when I go to my 'entries' and click on the uploaded image, it gives me a page that says &#34;error 404, not found&#34; and also the directory at &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.agirldiddat.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1/2011/07/ny.png&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.agirldiddat.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1/2011/07/ny.png&#60;/a&#62; doesn't even exist on my &#60;a href=&#34;http://ftp..&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://ftp..&#60;/a&#62;. Am I doing something wrong?&#60;/p&#62;
