It sounds like you are creating a post and allowing an image upload? If that is true, you need to have a Post Title and Post Body as well as the image upload. The post body will need a content template, and it can have just the template you typed there. It does not have to have any actual content. And you can hide it in your form so that the user does not actually enter anything but can simply upload the photo.
