Gravity Forms checks for the filename, and if it exists, appends a digit after the name, so there is no collision.</p> <p>Can you share the filenames which are being overwritten?</p> <p>It could be due to caching, I suppose. Do you have any cache plugins installed? They usually work with no issue but occasionally one or more of the files uploaded will be overwritten by a previous file attachment.
