Let us know if you need something like that as well. The WordPress function is <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size" rel="nofollow">add_image_size</a>. Save your form.</p> <p>Now go back and edit your form. Edit the post body field. There will be a check box that says "Create content template". Check that. You will be able to put all the submitted fields into your post like this.
