The customers currently fill out the form manually, scan it and email it back to their coach. I need to automate this process and move the questionnaire online to my wordpress site. I want the customer to be able to fill out the form online and submit it to their coach. Does Gravity allow me to accomplish this? Maybe utilizing a dropdown list of coaches or the ability for the customer to add the coaches email? </p> <p>Either way I cant have it go to a centralized email account that is not monitored. </p> <p>Thank you </p>
