The slider needs to be able to have PHP in it or WordPress shortcodes. On the second form, you would make sure that the fields that are going to be filled by the first form has checkmarks in All this field to be populated dynamically. Then make sure you give them all unique variables. </p> <p>Once you've done this, on the first form, set the confirmation to a URL redirect, and point it to the second form.
