@Mod ~ I cannot use the regular support forums because I get "Protected Content : Members Only" warning but if I click on "registered on this site" I then get "Oops. You’re already logged in as a registered user", so I am going round in circles and getting even dizzier than normal... 8^)

Gravity Forms is designed to capture the data. If you want to display it and allow users to edit their submissions, you can, but Gravity Forms won't do that for you.

Gravity Forms does not have a 'save draft' functionality.

Gravity Forms will capture the data, but then it's up to you to display it. @Terence, I know you are already a license holder, so if you would like help with your customization, please create a post in the regular support forums and we'll help you out there if you can.

Almost on the same lines.....

I want GF to enter and edit (the entered data), in the same form in the same flow.

In Drupal WebForms a FREE plugin does that (save drafts) and a lot more... from conditions to AJAX conditions (SAME PAGE SHOW HIDE) and much more...

Does GF has a save draft (complete the form later feature??... which displays the form with the entered previous data?...)

@vinay lobo ~ I hope you get an answer since finding the answer to this question is my problem too.

It's clear to me that using Gravity forms is an excellent way to ensure the data going in is complete and correctly formatted. But then, being a non-developer, I am left with the issue of A) how does each record get edited and B) how does each record get presented in the correct format.

In a way, I want Gravity forms to be not only the input method but also the presentation layer. Or am I getting it all wrong?

Can Gravity forms be used as a profile wizard.

Basically meaning that if a user has filled in the form, so the next time he visits the same form he/she should be able to view his/hers previous response(s) pre filled in, and also be able to edit them.

Thanks,
.VL.
