I like the Members plugin by Justin Tadlock.</p> <p><a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/" rel="nofollow">http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/</a></p> <p>After you activate that, you will lose access to you Forms menu.
