You need to check to see if the Donation does exist in the entry details, it just isn't displayed with the Products. Donations are currently treated as separate items. This was done because of how PayPal handles Donations, they aren't the same as Products. </p> <p>See this screenshot, you will see the Donation does appear in the Entry Detail, it just isn't listed with the product selections:</p> <p><a href="http://grab.by/8OQK" rel="nofollow">http://grab.by/8OQK</a></p> <p>This is probably what is happening in your case.</p> <p>We can look at how to better handle Donations so that they are included as line items with orders. </p> <p>But with the PayPal Add-On a transaction can only be a Product/Server, Donation or Recurring Payment. The total reflects that sum of the two fields but in the entries there is no data for the User Defined Price field.
