I had inadvertently checked the setting in the PayPal add-on that only sends notifications once payment has been received. I've configured WP SMTP and it sends the test email just fine. But again, no user notification emails. And another Gravity form on the same site is sending fine, as are the BCC'd user notifications. So the emailing part seems to be working fine. And when I get the BCC'd user notifications, they contain the proper info in the header (correct to and from addresses, etc). But the email that never gets anywhere is the actual user notification. </p> <p>Could this be a problem with the form itself? Is there a difference in the way that Gravity Forms sends the user notification and the way in which it sends the BCC'd copy? I'm sort of at a loss as to how to proceed, and I have the client breathing down my neck. One is sending user and admin notifications just fine. the other is sending admin notifications, but not sending the user notifications.</p> <p>The only difference between the forms is that one is linked to PayPal through the addon and uses conditional logic to allow users to decide if they want to go to PayPal or just receive an invoice. I've tested both scenarios (go through paypal or opt for an invoice) and neither case sed the user notifications.</p> <p>Any ideas? </p>
