After you install the Members plugin, if he Gravity Forms menu item goes away you need to then activate Role Management within the Members plugin and then make sure the Administrator role has ALL of the Gravity Forms capabilities activated by editing the Administrator role.

You can then edit other roles and turn on (or off) various capabilities to control what users can and cannot do.

EMTB is correct. You have to use the members plugin which implements role management and allows you to lock down what users can and can't do on a role by role basis.

Think you'll need to use a plugin such as Members

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/

I know Gravity Forms works well with it

I am using Gravity Forms to provide a membership application form for a boating club (see http://www.cmbha.net, and click on Join). I want the membership secreatary to be able to see the Entries (which is the membership list) in the Dashboard, be able to view the full details, and amend and export the entries. However, I do not want her to be able to do much else - so I dont want her to have Admin rights.

Does anyone know how to allow users with roles of Author and / or Contributor and / or Editor to have these permissions?
